The programs within the links below are designed for 3 sessions per week but they also can be used by kids who want to play/train/kick a ball every day or even once a week.
We recommend you print the workbook, load it on their computer or mobile device and for the kids to take notes, write all over the workbook, test and evaluate themselves and watch some great videos.
As part of the fun aspect of the workbooks we are also holding a competition for the most creative videos sent in to the club and we will be rewarding the best videos with retail gift vouchers every week for the next 4 to 6 weeks.
The best videos will be loaded onto our new AUSC TV channel on YouTube…subscribe, subscribe, subscribe
The programs are as follows:
MiniRoos - a 4 week program that can be used by all especially the slide with all the numbered videos
Goalkeeper - a 6 week program for all goalkeepers or anyone else who wants to develop another skill
NPL and Youth - a weekly program to be sent every Monday.
Please encourage the kids to be active during this period…it would be more fun if you would join in with them.
